Happy New Year Everyone! I know January 1st has been almost two weeks ago, sorry this is the first day I was able to Post since December! I’m getting used to getting back to work in RL, although… We are remote again, at least for the Month of January, if you want to know I hope it will end up being longer. A Girl can only Wish! 😉

Another jam packed Post with News, Discounts, Freebies and Fun! Lilliana’s Outfit is all New Designs. The Cami is D-Style’s Kayla with a HUD that changes the Top Part separately from the little Beads on the straps. There are 16 different textures for the top and 16 different colors for the Beads. D-Style’s Kayla looks to me like a Boho Fans favorite. Lilliana is wearing two new items from 20.Five, the Jeans are 20.Five’s Tessa and the Chucks, Kicks, Sneakers, whatever your call them are called Starry Chucks, the Light / Dark Version. Bothe Tessa and Starry Nights include a HUD, Tessa’s has 5 different denim colors and Starry Nights also has 5 different colors!

When writing the Post Today, I was trying to figure out how to order my explaining of what Lilli is wearing. Should I go by category, e.g. Outfit, Body Parts, Accessories, or should I order by Event. That’s What Friends Are For!

Every once in a while I get creative and instead of listing everything in my post in my title, I come up with a special title. Today’s title was really easy and totally fitting, you will see why. I don’t think anyone really understands second life unless you are in it. I have tried to explain it to friends and family of mine and they are like “Oh so it’s like a Game”. Only we Residents understand it can be so much more!

I know so many Residents who have formed strong relationships, whether it’s love or friendships, they do happen. I am saying all of this because, it never ceases to amaze me when Friends help each other in Real Life. That is exactly what Chrissy Morane is doing right now. You all know Chrissy, she is the head honcho of Delirium Style. Chrissy has created an outfit call Brittany. Brittany was made out of love for Alliana Aviatik Morane, aka Alliana Petunia’s real life Daughter Brittany. Brittany is a lovely 18 year old young lady, in December Brittany and her family were told she has Ovarian Cancer:(

Delirium Style’s outfit Brittany was made with love from Chrissy, to help Brittany’s fight. All proceeds from Brittany will go to help with some of Brittany’s Bills. Lilliana is wearing Brittany, it’s a great tank and jeans set, all mesh, there is a HUD included to change the texture on the tank and the texture on the boxers for the jeans.

If you haven’t heard about Leaf on the Wind, it’s a Fundraising Event. Another instance where Second Life Residents help other Residents. This time it’s to help a Second Life Resident / Designer. Scarlet Chandrayaan, Owner of Alouette, was planning a huge interstate move with her boyfriend when she found out the cancer she had fought off before had returned and is worse…

The Leaf on the Wind Event is to for Scarlet, to help her get to London. Creators have specially made “All Things London” themed items where profits will go help make a wish come true for Scrlet to see London. Lilliana’s nail polish is by Flair and 100% of the profits made from the SLink Applier Set will go to help make Scarlet’s wish come true!

Lots of Newness! The News is from Ducknipple, S&C, Wow Skins and Truth! I’m gonna talk more about the Summer Fashion Festival, and I also have a couple of nice Freebies!

From Ducknipple it’s the Dora Vest which looks more like a Sweater Tank Set, the Set is one piece Mesh, includes aColor Change HUD, you get 2 Sweater Colors and 10 Tank Colors, also from the Duck is Lilliana’s Zorro Mesh Pants with Color Change HUD for the Belt, 12 Different Colors. Don’t cha love Lilliana’s Shoes? I Do! Love these! The Shoes are Sugar & Cyanide’s New Van Teese Heels for High SLink Feet. Lilliana is wearing the Purple ones, there are 10 different colors available and sold seperately! Nail Polish is from Buttery Toast’s Scout Nail Polish SLink Applier Set. The Hair is the last on the new front, it’s Truth’s Hope, Lilliana wear the Black & Whites Pack.

Summer Fashion Festival has been running about a week now. I have shown a few little things all week, today I continue. I am working on a bigger post for SFF which should include an entire Outfit purchased from the Festival. Today it’s Wow Skins Exclusive Azzurra in Dark Tan. I blogged this skin a few days ago and really love it, so I blogged it again! My perogative! LOL!
