I’ve been away awhile, go ahead and ask me why. I wasn’t sick, and wasn’t on Holiday. I was busy trying to get Governor Linden to sell me a 512 abandoned plot of land. I put in a ticket and ask. Let me go back a little, I purchase new beach land for my personal home, totally excited about this. I got a really good deal on it too. Back to the abandoned plot, the 512 is attached to the land I purchased.

You would think that a measley 512 wouldn’t be a big deal, especially with all the other land I own and the over $200 tier fee I pay. What did Guy Linden do for me, he pushes the plot into Auction. Thank you very much but no thanks. I had to stress and watch this plot on the Auctions for the last two days. I did get the Plot, but wound up paying way more than I should have. In the long run, hopefully when I do sell he whole beach plot I can make a profit, for now though I’m living the Beach Life. You’ll get glimpse of my new land below all of my pictures were taken there.

With the anxiety of the Auction, I’m now a little behind on Blogging. I tried to put as much as I could in Today’s Post. There’s a new Event in Town and it just made its debuted on Thursday, February 2nd that Event is Square 1! Square 1 is a Monthly Event, and it came about after the Premium Only Event closed. Many of your favorite Premium Only Event Designers are here for Square 1! Evil Bunny Productions is very busy this Month, they are promoting 3 different Events this Month. Truth or Dare Affair II, Twe12ve and the Stupid Cupid Hunt are all running this Month. I have previews from two of those Events Today.

Today is Christmas Day! I believe it is also the second night of Hanukkah! So to all my Fans, Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and Happy Kwanzaa! If you don’t celebrate any Holiday have a lovely day! 🙂

I have a super large Post for you Today. It’s so large that I’m going o try and be quick here and not go into everything Lilliana is wearing with precise detail. There are lots of photos and all of the credits are listed below like usual.

StoraxTree is my last Home Design Designer. Kate McLaglen of StoraxTree is another SL Resident who seems to have been in-World almost as long as I have. I have always loved StoraxTree Designs. Today was it, the end of the long Weekend. This is the 3rd Post I got out within 4 days, not bad. I did what I wanted to do. Today’s post is a long one. I’m showing some furniture, home décor and even a home. All things I thought were really nice and since they are all from Events, there are discounts which is always special!

Today is another one of those Days where I have a lot to talk about. Lots of nice goodies in the Post, so much so I don’t want to waste anytime. Last Post I mention new Special Events and Sales Events that Lilliana would be Blogging real soon. In Today’s Post I am previewing two of the The Garage Fair 2016 and Roulett3. The Garage Fair 2016 is a Yearly Event and Roulett3 Monthly. Both Garage Fair and Roulett3 opened Today.

The City Loft is modeled after a New York City Loft and only 22 Prims. I will tell you it’s quite roomy, with the upstairs Loft Area. There’s a Sky Light, an outer room, I would call it an atrium with a door and two window. The City Loft is }enMESHed’s{ Exclusive for The Garage Fair. The furniture you see in The City Loft is from three different Designers. Let’s do this piece by piece. The Couch, Chair and octagon Side Table is all from E-Mesh.
