Happy Sunday Lovely Residents! I’m sorry I didn’t get this post out earlier, I meant to finish it up Yesterday Morning, but I fell ill. Stomach issues 😦

Today is another one of those Days where I have a lot to talk about. Lots of nice goodies in the Post, so much so I don’t want to waste anytime. Last Post I mention new Special Events and Sales Events that Lilliana would be Blogging real soon. In Today’s Post I am previewing two of the The Garage Fair 2016 and Roulett3. The Garage Fair 2016 is a Yearly Event and Roulett3 Monthly. Both Garage Fair and Roulett3 opened Today.

Now you’ll understand why I don’t have a photo shoot site. The next few items I have for you are a Skybox Loft, Furniture and some Home Decor. The Skybox is by }enMESHed{ and is called City Loft. The City Loft is modeled after a New York City Loft and only 22 Prims. I will tell you it’s quite roomy, with the upstairs Loft Area. There’s a Sky Light, an outer room, I would call it an atrium with a door and two window. The City Loft is }enMESHed’s{ Exclusive for The Garage Fair. The furniture you see in The City Loft is from three different Designers. Let’s do this piece by piece. The Couch, Chair and octagon Side Table is all from E-Mesh. The Set is called Zen Rustic Living Room. The Sofa is 10 Land Impact and has 112 Animations, yes set and foreplay too. The Chair is is 5 Land Impact and has 9 animations only PG on the chair. The Table is 1 Land Impact. If you need to have E-Meshes Zen Rustic, you need to visit Roulett3.

The Home Decor includes pieces from MunSpain and Q-Essentials. From MunSpain it’s the Cube Shelving and the Hanging Shelf, all four pieces are together in a Set. The Set is MunSpains Exclusive for The Garage Fair. Q-Essentials items are the Floor Fan and Rug, these are sold separately and are also available at The Garage Fair.
