Ah the Weekend, it’s here!  All of you who know me, know that I am from the USA, New York to be exact and this Weekend is extra special, It’s Memorial Day Weekend!  That mean a 3 Day Weekend!  I am actually getting away, a sort of unplanned vacation out East, that’s Long Island to us New Yorkers!  I wanted to get this Post out before I left!
